Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Contract Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a Contract RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
- Perform wound care and other nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and completely in the electronic health record.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate intervention.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as an RN in an Emergency Department setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification.
